I am a lover of crystals for many reasons. The healing energy and amplification they bring to a session is one of my favourites.
Colour rays all have their own frequency and healing properties. Crystals come in many colours and are the solidified version of light and frequency meaning that they hold many different healing properties and work with us on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
We can access the energy from crystals to help support and amplify healing sessions and the energy around us (your home, car or office for example).
Crystals will be placed on and around your body during a crystal healing session. These crystals are then activated.
I also use crystal grid energy throughout my healing space and can give you guidance on how to create your own grid in your own personal space.
A Crystal Healing Session includes;
