What is Distance Reiki Healing?
Distance Reiki is a technique within the Usui Reiki teachings that enables you to give/receive a Reiki session beyond the limitations of time and space. A powerful Reiki symbol is used to assist sending the energy beyond time and space. It expands the practitioner’s ability to transmit energy beyond physical touch.
It’s a way to receive Reiki without being in the same room as the practitioner.
How Distance Reiki Works
A Distance Reiki session is usually 30 minutes long.
You can choose to schedule a specific time that you would like to receive your session or you can choose to have the session run while you are sleeping.
From my personal experience, having the session run while you sleep usually provides the most benefits if you have not received as distance session before.
If you choose to schedule a specific time for the Reiki session, it is best to ensure you are in a receptive state for the energy, this could be simply laying down and relaxing, focusing on your breath, or even meditating.
Before your session, you should send through a photo of yourself, along with your name and location (suburb is fine). You may also wish to set a healing intention for the session (e.g. a physical or health issue, challenge, stressful situation, goal).
Having these details will help me connect to you if we haven’t met before.
What to expect from a Distance Reiki Session
What is experienced in a Reiki session depends on the individual. Most clients will experience the same from distance healing and an in-person session.
Some people see colours or patterns, others see visions (usually past memories or experiences that are coming up for healing), some may feel heat or cold and others may just feel a deep sense of relaxation.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a session. As long as you are comfortable and open to the energy, you will experience benefits.
If the session is running while you sleep, you may have vivid dreams and wake up feeling peaceful and relaxed.
You will receive a full pdf report containing any information that was received as part of your session, as well as a guidance card chosen by your personal guides/angels.

This session can be sent at a time of your choosing when you are able to relax, or your session can run while you sleep. Wake up feeling balanced. Zoome/skype options also available. A pdf outlining your session will be sent to you following your session.
