Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions – Joyful Serenity Healing
- Validity – Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Redemption – Vouchers can be used for any healing session offered by Joyful Serenity Healing. They are not redeemable for cash or refundable.
- Booking – Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when booking.
- Cancellations – If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the voucher being forfeited.
- Transferability – Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person but cannot be resold.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers – We are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please keep them safe.
- Hard Copy Vouchers – If ordering a printed voucher via email, please allow time for postage. Free shipping applies within Australia only.
