Appointment Aftercare – Get the Most out of your Reiki or Energy Healing Session.

After an Energy Healing session, the energy can continue to shift and flow for up to 3 days. It’s completely normal to feel different things as your body, mind and spirit integrate the healing.

🌙 What You May Experience

  • A peaceful, deep sleep the night of your session
  • Feelings of calm, relaxation, tiredness, or a surprising boost of energy
  • Emotional releases such as tears or memories surfacing for healing

If this happens, trust that your body is clearing old energies. Breathe into the emotion, honour what it’s revealing and gently affirm your willingness to let go with gratitude.

💧 Gentle Self-Care Tips

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water daily to help flush and integrate the energy
  • Take salt baths, relaxing showers or swim in the ocean to cleanse your aura
  • Reduce caffeine or alcohol if possible to support your body to restore
  • Practice mindfulness, breathwork or quiet meditation to continue the healing
  • Use crystals or grounding tools that feel nurturing to you

You are your own best healer ~ your body knows how to return to balance when given the time and space.
